Lux Residences is a small Auckland-based villa developer specialising in premium residential homes — Edwardian villa restorations, character bungalow renovations, and contemporary new builds across Auckland's most established residential suburbs.

We deliver two or three residences a year — each one designed by an architect, built by tradespeople we have worked with from the beginning, and finished to a standard we would live with ourselves.

As a high-end Auckland developer, our work spans heritage Special Character zones in Ponsonby, Herne Bay and Westmere, restored 1920s bungalows in Mount Eden and Epsom, and architect-designed contemporary residences across Remuera and Auckland's other prestige residential suburbs.
