A weatherboard villa on a quiet inner-suburban ridge, restored and extended toward a new rear garden pavilion. The original front rooms retain their gabled character; the addition opens entirely to a deep northern lawn.
Completed in early 2024 and now privately owned, Ngapawa House remains a reference point for the studio — both for the discipline of the restoration and the calm of the new spaces behind it.
