A 1920s bungalow on Ferryhill Road, fully restored with a contemporary rear extension. This Epsom bungalow restoration retained the original character of the gabled frontage and weatherboard cladding, while the kitchen and living spaces have been reworked to open generously toward the northern garden.
Completed in 2025 in collaboration with Jones Architects, Ferryhill House now sits privately owned in one of Epsom's established residential streets — a quiet exercise in restraint and proportion.
